Reed City Realty, Inc. is a Michigan Corporation, locally owned and operated, and begun in May of 2002 to fill a need for a strong, technologically advanced Realtor firm in the Reed City and surrounding area. We are a non-franchised, independent firm, as are many of the largest and strongest real estate companies nationwide. We have a sister company located in Big Rapids named naturally, Big Rapids Realty, Inc., that has been the leading Firm in that area for decades and we hope to bring the strengths of that company to our marketplace.
We have an Associate Broker and three licensed sales agents. While we serve listings in the cities of Baldwin, Evart and Reed City, we also are very familiar with the entire West Central Board of Realtors area of Osceola, Lake, Mecosta and Newaygo counties.

Leadership: Reed City Realty and its' agents are members of the Michigan and National Associations of Realtors. The company owner is a Past President of our local Board and has served 2 terms on the Board of Directors of the Michigan Association of Realtors.
Every agent has a workstation on their desk and can access e-mail and the MLS instantly at a customer's request. Our computer system features a new Dell network server (the server allows individual work-stations to all connect to the network so agents can access the internet/shared files/forms and the MLS among other benefits.). Our network connects to the web thru a continuous high speed DSL connection. The network is served by Xerox color laser printer/Scanner allowing high quality presentation materials to be produced in-house. We also use two HP digital cameras for on-line imaging capability.
