This contemporary office suite is approximately 1500 square feet. It was recently updated with white paint, decorative millwork, French doors, and newer 2x2 ceiling panels and recessed lighting in the entrance. There are two in-suite lavatories. There is also a built-in reception area that is designed for a desk to abut the half-wall with a granite countertop over which the receptionist and customers/clients can meet/greet. The suite has a versatile setup; it has approximately six (6) individual and private rooms and at least three areas with an open floor plan. All rooms within the suite have large slider windows that provide full natural light, as the building faces the west. While water is included, the tenant is responsible for payment of electric and gas service. This suite ha separate electric and gas service in addition to its own central heating and air conditioning system. The building is monitored by surveillance cameras that monitor the interior common area and the parking lot illuminated with dusk-dawn lighting. The common area/lobby is cleaned once per week. Management is responsible for snow removal and lawn maintenance. All tenants/businesses must obtain and maintain current business licenses with the City of Lathrup Village. Owner/Lessor will give first preference to applicants who are looking to use the suite as an office. Applicants looking to occupy the office suite to provide personal care services (e.g., beauty/ barber, nail salons, lash technicians, estheticians, and massage therapists) are not preferred. Owner/Lessor is willing to provide rent credit/abatement for certain repairs and renovations that are pre-approved by the Owner/Lessor otherwise agreed upon by the lessor and lessee.
